Hi Ken - Yes, right, I understand about not using Nori's site for SBI communication. In fact, I was even hessitant to write what I did, but then decided I just had to share the kwinky-dink.

And then I will only make this one reply....I did sign up as an affiliate, I did purchase it already, and I do plan to use it! Absolutely, you bet!

I have been flailing around trying to get started and I just wasn't happy with any of the connections I was making. I found myself disappointed each time. Too much hype and sales pitch and not enough meat.

And as far as my niche....I haven't honed one down yet, and have lots o' ideas!

I do believe I will be happy with SBI and I'm very excited to get started. Printed the AM course this morning.

Thanks for sharin' the love!

Hi John and Danika,

Funny meeting you here!

John, I'll see you in the Site Build It! forums, I'm sure. :-) Thanks very much for the kind wishes.

Danika, it's me, yes. I look different with a rum punch. ;-)

There are a couple of great threads in the Site Build It! forums about Site Build It! owners doing exactly what you're planning to do. Take a look at...

Denmark to Pangkor, Malaysia

-and-

Leading The Life You Want/Deserve

You can register as an affiliate and then login with your username and password. Do check out these threads. I think you'll find them very motivating.

I took a look at your site. It looks great, although it covers a rather broad niche and so you may have trouble building traffic. I don't really want to use Nori's site to talk about Internet Marketing, but you may want to check out this link on blogging.

Food for thought if your first attempt does not work out. Many SBI! owners end up at Site Build It! only after failing with a couple of other attempts. You definitely have the right idea -- you can lead a life you love on the Web. judging from your ability and motivation, you'll reach your dream sooner or later.

Best of luck to you, Danika and John. And thank you for saying hello. :-)

All the best,
Ken

Dear "Dad" - I feel like I've just hit the twilight zone with your family.

I went to Anguilla about a year ago and fell in love with its majestic beauty and the potential lucrative real estate possibilities on that serene island.

I wanted to stay in touch with the real estate market over there so when I came home I searched high and low for a site to keep me in contact with Anguilla. And of course this has been the perfect site! Thanks Nori! I've been following it for about a year now.

When I came home, I made the decision to get my lingering, unresolved business settled here at home, and start an internet based business so that I could live the rest of my days on sandy white beaches and warm waters.

With that in mind, I began my search for a business on the internet, something that would allow me to live a totally portable lifestyle. The dream lifestyle....You know, live in the Caribbean, work just a couple hours a day on my computer, bring in a full-time salary....and no worries!

I specifically was looking for something that would provide a recursive income so I decided to tap into affiliate marketing.

I've taken my time doing my due diligence with all the affiliate marketing options and I am looking only for the best, you know....top-quality.

As I've been doing my research, I have reviewed Site Build It! a few times. I've heard it mentioned from other people, blogs, seminars, etc., and I've watched the video where some guy named Ken Evoy is talking about the software.

Do you see where I'm going with my twilight zone story?

I just now have made the connection with Ken Evoy....It's YOU!

I'm like...no way!

Then I compared the photo of "Ken drinking the rum punch" with "Ken in the video" and actually didn't see a whole lot of resemblance, but it was confirmed with the story that Nori has on the Site Build It! site, which explains how she started this site. OMG! What a kwinky-dink!

Of all the web sites in the world and I am following two from the same family! What are the odds? I just had to share this epiphony moment with you!

I'm so glad that you and your family will be making Anguilla your home in just a few short months. I wish I could say the same.

When I do make it back there, I would love to meet you for one of those rum punches and maybe tell you a story or two about my internet marketing success!

Until then have a couple rum punches for me!

Hi Ken,

I know you're looking forward to moving and escaping those Canadian winters! You've earned it.

I have never visited Anguilla, or even heard of it before reading Nori's site and newsletters, but now I'm thinking about visiting one of these days to experience it for myself.

I hope you and your whole family love your new home and will be happy there for many years.

Act on your dream!

I hope to be spending many hours sitting on my front steps (shown here), looking at the Caribbean. Preferably with a rum punch, though. ;-)
